With product development, manufacturing, sourcing, in-house design and distribution capabilities, our client manufactures and/or distributes over 3000 product lines. This customer focused client now requires the urgent attention of an equally passionate and professional Customer Service Officer. The R ole: Attending to all aspects of internal sales and working within a team environment; the successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate data entry of customer details into the database, processing inbound calls, liaising with customers, attending to customer quotation requests and general enquiries, liaising with dispatch and sales re customer requirements as well as general office duties as required.
