Reporting to the IT Network Manager and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties: Responsible for the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of existing servers Ensure backups occur on a regular basis Act as a second-level support to the Service Desk Escalate incidents to the Systems Administrator Ensure internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are upheld Proactively seek ways to improve operating systems Assist with implementation of ad-hoc departmental projects Your strong analytical and problem solving skills complimented by an IT qualification and minimum two years experience in a service support role are essential.
