Job Description; - To provide early intervention strategies to assist families when experiencing issues that place them at risk. - To assist clients to address issues and to stabilise their circumstances; - To assist in marketing the service to potential clients and stakeholders; - Demonstrating best practice in one’s own work; Selection Criteria; - Relevant Qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Counselling. - High Level of Communication skills and computer skills - Excellent experience in Field with a minimum of 4-5 years.
