The QBE Connect Case Management model involves face to face contact with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews and on site visits. In addition, QBE offers one of the lowest caseloads in the industry which enables you to comfortably meet all your required objectives while providing quality case management to our clients and injured workers. The successful candidate Hold relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Allied Health such as Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Sports Science, etc. Will be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills, and an ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people. Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills The ability to make decisions based on sound judgement.
